I was managing a thriving legal department for over a decade and had managed other legal departments for over 23 years.  Then, I could hear a small voice saying, “It's time for you to MOVE! You have made millions for others, now it is time for you to make millions for yourself and live the life that I desire for you. You have been faithful over little, now you shall be ruler over much!”   

In that moment, I knew my tenure was coming to an end and it was vital that I "adjust my mindset" to seeing success in the entrepreneurial mission ahead.
